We Do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska (its just way to expensive)!

All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, and You Should See Your Order arriving to you in 5 t0 7 Business days “from time of order”.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. 

Our Return / Refund & Exchange policy is as follows:

1.We only accept Returns on products that are Shipped WRONG BY US. Meaning We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE ORDERED WRONGLY BY CONSUMER.

2. We Do not Refund any Custom Made Orders.

3. Any Deposits Made on Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, By Placing an Order You are Agreeing to the Terms.

4. If We Send you Wheels / Tires and Or Wheel Accessories and You Damage them , YOU OWN THEM.

5. We do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges On Mounted Wheels or Tires.  ( You Mount Them , You Own Them.)

6. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED IF MODIFIED OR INSTALLED ON VEHICLE

7. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused , UNINSTALLED and in the same condition that you received it & It must also be in the original packaging!

8. Returns Must be Approved via Email , Once approved you as the buyer are responsible for safely returning the product back to us, Meaning you are responsible for paying return shipping and protecting the product, because if it arrives back to us damaged we will not accept them.

9.  If we accept a return, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, ONLY COMPANY CREDIT TO BE USED ON ANOTHER PRODUCT!

10. All Returns ordered wrongly by YOU as the Buyer / consumer are subject to CC/Debit Card Processing fees as well as All Original shipping costs.  In Some Cases Customers are responsible for Mounting / balancing fees.

Warranty:

Wire Wheels have a 1 Year Chrome Warranty *This Does Not Cover Damage Caused By Improper Installation, Chemical Cleaning Product Damage, Rust Caused By Improper Care / Upkeep.*

Wire Wheels have a 1 year warranty on WIRE WHEEL SEALS IF WE MOUNTED THE TIRES, NO WARRANTY ON WIRE WHEEL SEALS IF THEY WERE NOT MOUNTED BY US.

Wire Wheels Can Leak if the seal is Damaged…..POINT BLANK…. IF ITS LEAKING THE TIRE INSTALLER YOU HAD INSTALL THE TIRES ON THE WHEELS TO DAMAGED THE SILICONE SEAL.

Wire Wheels are for off-road Use Only and are not DOT Approved.

 

Shipping Damage:

If your products arrive damaged , YOU MUST TAKE PICTURES OF THEM IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING. YOU THE CONSUMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS and YOU MUST FILE THEM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
